Missouri Tigers: Holly Mo, Mizzou...

Five Missouri players have been suspended by coach Gary Pinkel for Saturday's SEC game against Vanderbilt. Three of the five were arrested for alledgely smoking marijuana in the vicinity of Memorial Stadium. All five of the players were freshmen. Even though marijuana is obviously the drug of choice on college campuses these days, I guess someone forgot to tell these first-time-away- from-homers that it is also still an illegal substance. Not to worry however, because in Missouri, possession of  small amounts of marijuana is treated much like a traffic citation. Pay a small fine, do some community service, and probably be reinstated on the football team after one game. The Tigers are seeking their first ever SEC victory against the Commodores Saturday. Sounds like the weekend is off to a rousing start. Just sayin...
