Austin Rehkow kicked a 67 yard field goal as time expired to help send his team into overtime Thursday night. Rehkow, a senior at Central Valley High in Spokane, Washington, set a new state record and tied the mark for the second longest 3-pointer in a high school game. The record is 68 yards, set in 1985 by a Reno, Nevada prep player. Keep in mind that the NFL record is 63 yards, and the collegiate record is 69 yards. By the way, Central Valley went on to win the game 62-55.
